Equipped with a dual-roller spine glue pot for two-pass spine glue application, ensuring consistent and reliable glue coverage. Pneumatic glue cut-off allows convenient adjustment.

The main spine glue pot features a circulating glue system with precise temperature control, ensuring stable glue application. The glue roller height, glue leveling bar height and glue volume can be precisely adjusted via digital controls. The system also features an integrated preheating function.

8. Side Glue System

Equipped with a pneumatic glue cut-off mechanism. The floor-standing preheating glue unit provides automatic glue replenishment.

9. Dual-Cam Nipping Mechanism

During nipping, the platform moves parallel to the book block, ensuring firm and uniform spine compression.
