Double Nipping Device

• Directly driven by heavy duty double cam mechanism, resulting superior book spine formation.

Automatic Thickness Measuring Device

• According to the measured thickness of the book block, through the microcomputer control to automatically adjust the thickness of the book block related to each station (servo adjustment).

Glue Tank Unit

• Two movable spine-glue unit and one side-gluing unit. Automatic spine glue cut-off.

Automatic side glue cut-off.

Cover Feeding Section

• Stream cover feeder realize non-stop continuous cover feeding; Reliable feeding for flapped covers; guides adjustments automatic according cover sizes.
